The Berne Chamber of Commerce welcomes Amishville Essen Platz Restaurant & Gift Shop with a Ribbon Cutting. Chamber members celebrate the opening of Amishville Essen Platz and new operators Chris & Ginger Englehardt. Essen Platz opened in late summer 2011 with menu that resembles years past, broasted chicken, Amishville burger, Lunch & Supper Buffet, Sunday Brunch Buffet and breakfast served all day.
This Thanksgiving Essen Platz is serving a Thanksgiving feast with all the trimmings. The meal includes turkey, ham or broasted chicken, dressing, mashed potatoes, and all the trimmings, pie and a drink for just $11.95 per person. Hours are 11am-8pm and reservations are recommended, simply call 260-589-3301 or 260-585-0292 to make reservations.
Amishville Essen Platz is open Friday 11am – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 8pm and Sundays 9am – 3pm. They will be closed January 2 – March 1, 2012
